A bit more information on setting up the Certificate?

Thanks for sharing this project, it looks like something I could use.

Could you give a bit more information on how to create the certificate, and the steps required? I can't find any "My" folder in the Certificate store.

Thanks very much,

Never mind - I got it working in the end. Might be no harm in adding more information/documentation for other users though!

I would like a little more guidance for this as well.

Based on this article, I created a certificate using Visual Studio 2013 Command Prompt:
makecert -r -pe -ss my -sr LocalMachine -n "CN=SecurEntity" -sv "SecurEntity.pvk" SecurEntity.cer
This seemed to work, but I can't find the certificate anywhere in the Certificates - Current User -> Personal -> Certificates. Or anywhere else for that matter...

Another question I have is whether SecurEntity's requirement for an account-level certificate will prevent it from working with Windows Azure Websites.
